HR Admin Manager

Vacancies PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of HR Admin Manager Job description: Provides advising and support to Group HR Director regarding HR and Admin related issues in the Company; Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets stakeholders’ information needs; Prepares presentations to stakeholders regarding human resources policies and practices; Supervises recruitment process in the Company; Participates in recruitment of senior staff; Plans and conducts new employee orientation and onboarding; Coordinates Group HR Director awareness in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and ethics; Analyzes salary and benefits reports and data to advice competitive compensation plan; Advises Group HR Director in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues; Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs; Supervises administration of performance review process to ensure effectiveness compliance within organization; Supervises benefits programs such as life, health insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance; Investigates ethical accidents and prepares reports to Group HR Head; Supervises participation in salary surveys within labor market to determine competitive salary rate; Ensures that budget for human resources operations prepared by Payroll Specialist and L D Senior specialist is accurate before submitting to Group HR Director; Supervises preparation of employee termination notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind termination; Administers reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover; Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, consultants etc; Supervises training needs analysis executed by L D Specialist to design employee development; Manages HR related projects, participates in cross-functional projects; Participates in preparing HR Frameworks and policies; Manages office administration related issues; Supervises a team of admin employees and ensures their performance; Organizes the structure (zoning) of office based on the assigned tasks from Group HR Head; Ensures providing of the proper accommodation to the employees on the workplace; Manages maintenance and administration of Company office; Manages planning and monitoring and execution of purchasing for kitchen/office supplies; Manages organization of corporate events in line with the budget; Manages travel arrangements, accommodation, transfer, visa support processes implemented by Administrative employees; Manages the process of contracts administration with external parties; Manages the process of car park administration; Manages performance of kitchen attendants; Supervises the work of Administrative employee who is planning the work of drivers. Experience, Competencies and Skills Required: 6+ years of experience in function; Strong interpersonal, ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders; Strong problem solving, active listening skills, organizational and time management skills; The ability to manage multi-task effectively and interact in the organization; Availability of related certificates is beneficial; Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian; Working knowledge of MS Suite; Clear, concise communications; How to apply: Interested candidates are requested to submit: CV to ; Put HR Admin Manager in the subject line; CVs should be sent by the December 30, 2020.
