Danışıq əsasında Responsibilities: Evaluate current business procedures; Participate in designing and implementing new business procedures; Participate in creating documentation for the procedures; Organize, manage and enforce new business procedures in the company; Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the procedures; Regular monitoring and analysis of the procedures to improve or maintain efficiency. Job-specific skills: Abilities in planning, prioritizing and organizing work effectively within a team; Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and make critical decisions. Leadership skills to make changes and enforce new rules; Analytical mindset; Strong problem-solving skills; Willingness to learn and try new methods; Perseverance and responsibility, ability to productively carry out routine work. Requirements: Bachelor #39;s degree in Business administration, Industrial engineering, Finance, Mathematics or a relevant field is preferred; 2+ years of experience in a similar position; Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
